In most companies, the annual party is considered as a tradition for most of its employees. It doesn’t matter whether the event is big or small, grand or simple your annual party means a lot for the people that work for the company. This is the perfect setting for you to gather all of your employees for recreation, team building, socializing and recognition for the hard work that they have put into the company. Your annual party can help improve the company’s reputation and promote a harmonious corporate culture amongst your employees.  Organizing a party doesn’t have to cost a considerable amount of money, the Wright Group can help you pull off a successful company event that is within your allocated budget.  Just keep in mind that with careful and advanced planning, you can throw off a party even on a limited budget.

1) Always plan ahead of time and make sure that everyone in the company is aware of the exact date and time of the party. Make a mental note to avoid scheduling parties during peak seasons such as the last week of Christmas and summer vacations where most people have filed for leaves and have already made various plans in advance with their family. Make it clear with the employees if the party is going to be held at the office or will you be choosing another venue. It should also be made clear on the invite if they are allowed to bring a plus one or the rest of their family members.

2) Allow your creative juices to work when organizing big events. Aside from having the annual party in the office, you might want to consider applying several cool ideas from Wright Group such as organizing an outdoor tent party and hiring a couple of popular local bands to keep your employees entertained throughout the event. If you plan on organizing a family-themed annual event make sure to organize a lot of activities and programs for the kids such as magic shows, face painting, and drawing contests. Make sure that everyone who graced the event would take a souvenir photo that is either taken by one of your hired photographers or a digital photobooth which is a big thing right now for corporate events and special occasions.

3) Promote team spirit and camaraderie during the party. Many employees are not given enough opportunities to bond together outside the workplace for various reasons. Having an annual party would be the opportunity to gather them and enjoy participating group activities and games that will take their minds away from work but at the same time establish an ideal working relationship with each other. Please do not forget to reward them for their efforts and participation by giving away small prizes and simple tokens of appreciation to increase their motivation in the workplace. Take this opportunity to extend your thanks and appreciation to each member of the company for all the efforts that they have contributed to the business.
