The contest involves the My Story theme to show their individual interpretation of the Cosplay trend by using pieces from Bum. While interested participants are allowed to wear their take on their favorite anime characters, the total ensemble should have shades of Emo Rock and Goth — Bum’s signature look, ensync with “MY STORY” Bum’s culminating chapter.
If you are interested to join the contest all you have to do is to portray a character make sure that BUM products (apparel) should be the core component of the costume. Costumes may be enhanced by Fashion accessories such as wigs, make-up, contact lenses, and other props. If they’re feeling a little bit more creative, computer graphics may also be used in the photo layout to enhance the costume/character (with the BUM logo prominently seen in the photo).

Photos must be submitted to Bum as early as possible, so that they will have enough time to get “Likes” on Bum’s Website. They use imported high-quality and fashionable fabrics, stylishly cut and sewn locally for the wearer’s comfort and satisfaction. New Logo of Get Laud!

In 2005 and 2006, the brand received the Seal of Excellence Award as the “BEST SPANDEX APPAREL RETAIL STORE” awarded by the National Shopper’s Association of the Philippines and by the National Shopper’s Choice Awards. And last April 15, 2008, it was awarded “Most Promising Retailer” for 2007 by Ayala Malls (Market Market). Get Laud! had recently signed up with TV host/actress and model Ms. Phoemela Baranda. Since they aim to create a fashionable and stylish Philippine-made fashion wear that depicts Filipino craftsmanship and design that is available and affordable to women of all ages with different lifestyles. Tickets are now available but they are not for sale, you can get them from FHM Philippines itself or you can get that from winning a raffle.

Sexiest Show on Earth: FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2011 Party

Thanks to my good friend for sharing the promo from FlipGeeks where I can have a chance to WIN TICKETS for the said party by just sharing them the #1 SEXIEST CHARACTER, ever created, and here’s my winning piece thanks to you Tifa:

Sexiest Show on Earth: FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2011 Party

“For me the sexiest character ever created was Tifa Lockhart of Final Fantasy VII. She’s an expert in martial arts; Tifa uses her fists and feet as weapons. Besides her role in FFVII, she also has a main role in the animated film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. For me Tifa  shows us an image of stoutness, kindness, optimism and determination.  And other than Tifa’s personality, she is also well known with her large breast and long legs and hair, and always takes on the semblance of a shirt without sleeves, a miniskirt and belt together with snappy teardrop earrings, gloves and shoes which appears a stylish and typical look.” — Serafin Gutierrez Jr.
